Restoring Your Voting Rights

To apply for a restoration of your voting rights online, you need to indicate the kind of sentence you have finished serving.

The Indeterminate Sentence Review Board (ISRB), formerly the Board of Prison Terms and Paroles, can only restore your civil rights if you committed a crime in Washington State prior to July 1, 1984 and were sentenced to prison.

• I committed a crime in Washington State prior to July 1, 1984, and was sent to prison
• I committed a crime on or after July 1, 1984, or I committed a crime prior to July 1, 1984, but I was not sent to prison
